What is economise@work ?
It is a unique, satisfying new programme aimed at improving environmental impact effects of workplace operations, and at the same time saving significant cost for the organisation.
Essentially, it is used to develop workplace-specific online albums of materials, consumables and practices that warrant consideration for improvement of their environmental cost, as well as the targeted cost reductions to the organisation.

What is a Workplace Eco Savings Album ?
As the name implies, it is a pictorial album of topics depicting what things and practices in a workplace can be done in a more eco-friendly, and eco-practical fashion, and to save $ costs.
We provide your workplace members with a digital, online 'album' of eco-practical measures. All entries have special emphasis on cost savings - eg best practices in fuel, energy, materials, work practices to minimise consumption and waste. Your workplace members expand upon this main galley of album entries to capture all other available eco-practical savings in their immediate domains.
And to make the task less daunting, we provide you with an online album with 50 pages already completed. These pages contain the most prevelant cost saving measures that can be put into place in a workplace, but each page is customised for your company. You can just leave it at that or you can add or delete pages as you wish. It's up to you.
Once you have completed your album, we can download you information into a spreadsheet especially designed to enable you to keep track of your cost savings for each identified item over the course of the year so that you can compare costs and monitor savings.
Who Is Involved ?
Each workplace needs to nominate a Moderator, whom will be provided with all the training and mentoring required to administer your online album.
Induction and training is all conducted via web interaction, so no 'away-time' is required.
How Does It Operate ?
Workplace Eco Savings Album resides on a secure, dedicated website, which your designated Moderator controls and maintains, and hosts online dialogue of suggestions from both colleagues and outside mentors to constantly improve your results in both environmental effects and
$ cost savings.
Syndicated Pty Ltd then sets up and provides all the necessary web facilities, procedures, tools, starter entries and support to assist your Moderator in managing the project.
When the 1st version is online and has been printed for presentation to staff, it should reside in a generally accessible location (eg the lunch room), where all can refer to it, and note any additional observations.
It then provides a feedback medium for workplace-wide consultation on environmental and cost-savings measures.
